The Cooperation

When Arla moved into their new domicile in 2010, Mogens Daarbak was the main supplier of furniture.

Mogens Daarbak delivered all storage, common areas, meeting room furniture, mobile whiteboards and acoustic solutions for the many employees. The processes and a smooth delivery were the special focus of this project, so that Arla could concentrate on its business areas - and not use unnecessary resources on the decor peroject.

In connection with the establishment of the last 650 workstations for Arla Sønderhøj the furniture project after prequalification of 12 candidates in the first phase and 6 in the second, put out to tender among 3 suppliers, including Mogens Daarbak A / S. Mogens Daarbak A / S was selected to provide a large part of our new equipment, including all storage devices from Montana, a large part of meeting room furniture and furniture for common areas, as lounge, mobile whiteboard and acoustic screens, making Mogens DaarbakA / S the prime contractor on the project.

Our experience with Mogens Daarbak A / S with regards to the presentation, negotiations and subsequent delivery has been very positive. As facility manager, it is important that once decisions are made, the  furniture gets delivered and installed as agreed, so that you then can concentrate on the many other projects that incur in a building of this size. And Mogens Daarbak A / S has definitely lived up to those expectations. Due to their accuracy and outstanding service, the order was carried out to the great satisfaction of Arla. Based on that , I absolutely see opportunities for future cooperation.
