Mogens Daarbak A/S mainly cooperates with companies and public institutions. Therefore, all prices on daarbak.dk and other marketing material from Mogens Daarbak A/S are stated excl. VAT. Private customers are also welcome to shop at Mogens Daarbak A/S.
Nationwide day delivery
Terms of delivery are applicable in Denmark (Greenland and the Faroe Islands exempted)
If you place your order before 12am we ship stocked items the same day. The goods are delivered by carriers in Denmark. Shipments requested for private addresses will be delivered without a receipt, if nobody is at home. Carriage-free delivery in Denmark
Orders of less than DKK 800,- excl. VAT
Fixed shipping & handling fee of DKK 39,-
Larger and/or heavy items and furniture are delivered only to the nearest sidewalk or ramp regardless of the invoice amount.
Lifting and installation can be carried out at an additional charge.

All items are subject to Danish law covered by 2 years warranty In case of errors or defects in a product Mogens Daarbak A / S can choose to remedy any defect by repair, replacement or refund. Errors caused by improper or incorrect storage or use are not covered by the warranty. Comments on complaints can be made here (link)
If you regret your purchase, you have a 14 day right of return after receipt of the goods. When returning items, please fill out the form for returned products (link), you will then receive a case number. The case number, copy of the invoice and account number for reimbursement of return amount must be sent to Mogens Daarbak A/S with the item you wish to return. The product must be returned undamaged and in original packaging. Technology items must be returned in unopened packaging. Seal of the software must not be broken.
Specially ordered items (not catalogue items) are not returnable. If the advertised goods are damaged due to lack of packaging when returning, it is the sender's responsibility. Return freight (postage or shipping) must be paid by the customer. Please note we do not accept packages returned by cash on delivery. Refund of returned goods will be made within 30 days after the item has been received by Mogens Daarbak A/S.
Free gifts in catalogues and email offers
In case of shortage of the advertised gift by extraordinary high demand, we reserve the right to deliver another gift of similar value. The gift offer can only be used once. More actual gift offer can not be used in the same order.
We make certain reservations to typing errors, typographical errors, image errors, price changes, obsolete items, and delivery failure from third parties including force majeure.
